I havn't been to a spa but I sure feel like I have... I've spent one week at my summer house which has felt like the equivalent of spending 3 days at a relaxing spa, so so lovely. I have regained my tan, power walked, had some wine... and been swimming. I'm such a sissy when it comes to swimming but the water has been so warm that even I went in for a swim, my mothers face when she saw me in the water was priceless :) Even my best best *T* came up for a few days which was lovely, we have so much fun together I'm always laughing hysterically which is good because I think we should all start laughing more, great exercise for the stomach plus you get much nicer wrinkles...
Tomorrow I'm going to bum f*ck middle of nowhere to attend a crayfish party which I think is going to be loads and loads of fun!
